About the role
Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods Corp is seeking a 2nd shift FSQA Technician for Elk Grove Village, IL.
Responsibilities
- Test and inspect product at various stages of production – this includes dimensions, weight, temperature and performance.
- Conduct on-line inspection and process control limits.
- Compile and evaluate data to maintain quality and reliability of products.
- Understand and enforce principles of HACCP, GMP and GDK Foods quality standards.
Requirements
- Associates degree: Bachelor’s degree in food science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related life science preferred
- 1+ years of experience in food manufacturing environment in a QA/QC role
- Knowledge of trend analysis preferred
- Ability to work overtime and flexibility in work hours (24-hour operation)
- Variated temperature environment - (hot & cold environments)

Pay
Target Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + Shift Differentials: $1.00 for 2nd shift
