About the Role
Simon & Schuster is seeking a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to join our Distribution Center in Riverside, NJ. This position will assist in the receiving department.
Responsibilities
- Offload trailers
- Receive in inventory using RF device
- Profile titles on cubiscan
- Run pallets to P&D stations for put away
- Assist with putaway
- Perform any and all other duties required by department workload
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Ability to operate Selector/Reach/Pacer/Drexel/Turret forklifts
- Ability to operate RF Scanner
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to abide by all Company Business Standards
- Ability to abide by all Safety Rules, policies, and procedures
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Pay
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay depends on geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
