Job Summary
Operate shipping and receiving PIT to load trailers and storage areas with product and other inventory related to operations.
Job Duties
- Safely operate forklift to pick up, load, and unload orders from outbound and inbound trailers.
- Accurately picking, staging and loading orders in SAP.
- Transferring products to and from storage.
- Maintain housekeeping for clean docks, freezers, office and storage areas.
- Communicate with production and QA teams.
- Follow all USDA and company TQC regulations.
- Other duties performed as assigned by supervisor.
Working Conditions
- Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to very cold

- Humidity
- Moving vehicles
- Slippery floors
- Heavy and repeated lifting
- Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required
Qualifications
- Must complete Forklift and other relevant powered industrial truck trainings (yard dog, scissor lift, pallet jack, etc) and hazard communication training courses.
- Must demonstrate good communication.
- Must meet Shipping Back & Task requirements.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift and twist up to 9 hours per day.
