Summary Responsible for the assembly of components for Plastics Fabrication Department. Cleans, labels and boxes product in Plastics Fabrication Department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required to understand and follow all safety proceduresRequired to understand and follow work procedures as set forth by all ISO documentationRead and interpret blueprints whenever required by operationPerform fusion on all diameters and SDRs of PE PipeClean, label and box products in departmentOther duties as assignedResponsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employeesRequires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by supervisorRequired to understand and follow all company policies and procedures at all timesRequired to meet or exceed production standards of all work centers dailyRequired to maintain quality standards on all productsAssemble components as required by work instructionsSupport and participate in the overall EH&S programsAdhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements Required Skills/Abilities Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within manufacturing environmentThorough, accurate and works error freeAble to select the proper component parts required for a work centerBasic knowledge of all fusion machines in the department Education And Experience High School Diploma or equivalent, desired Please submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
