The 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator role at the Lebanon, TN distribution center involves safe operation of powered industrial equipment, accurate picking, sorting, staging, storing, and transporting products, and maintaining inventory integrity while following safety procedures.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 2nd shift with a start time of either 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM depending on job responsibilities.
Pay
Starting pay: $22.50 per hour ($20.00 base + $2.50 shift differential). Eligible for hourly or incentive bonus. Pay range: $15.00–$23.79 per hour.

Qualifications
- Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
- Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
- Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and
