Pay Rate: $20.98/hr. up to $21.28/hr. with a $500 retention bonus after 1 year and an additional lump sum after 2 years.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm
Location: Murfreesboro Container, 2220 NW Broad St, Murfreesboro, TN 37129
About the role
The Production Associate will perform counting and stacking finished product, read factory orders, accurately read gauges and other test equipment, utilize basic shop math for inspections, and complete quality and administrative documents while following directions. This role also includes clean-up duties such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap.
Responsibilities
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math for inspections
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents
- Following directions
- Performing clean-up functions (e.g., blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping, picking up and shredding scrap)
