Required Skills Set up/operate CNC lathes (multi-spindle, multi-axis)Set up/operate 3-axis CNC millsRun dual machines in a cell environmentRead engineering drawings + basic GD&TPerform in-process inspections using gages and advanced measurement toolsRun production to calculated standardsStrong math & mechanical abilityProblem-solving skills in machining/toolingAbility to follow work instructionsEffective communication + teamworkSafe work habits & PPE use Preferred Skills Experience with multiple machine controlsRobotics knowledgeCMM familiarityEagerness to learn additional machines and cells Work Schedule & Environment – 2nd Shift 4/10 schedule: Monday–ThursdayHours: 4:15 p.m. – 2:45 a.m.Optional overtime on Fridays/Saturdays based on demandWork directly on the production floor around large CNC equipmentClean, temperature-controlled facility!
