2nd Shift (CEILO) Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Central Fill, Health and Wellness Central Operations - Health and Wellness

Position Summary

The Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy focused on processing and dispensing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. We provide automation for fast and accurate prescription filling but also prioritize patient care in the community.

What you'll do...

• Maintains sorter operation by removing full totes, replenishing empty totes, scanning totes and locations, and rearranging units.
• Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manages product deliveries by preparing, reviewing, and verifying receiving documentation; processing, counting, separating, and scanning product; operating software to track and identify product; unloading trailers; organizing inventory; and maintaining records and forms.
• Maintains inventory and packages by removing damaged or expired items, identifying discrepancies, informing management, and performing basic equipment maintenance.
• Completes work assignments by following policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks; communicating progress and information; and addressing improvement opportunities.
• Packs and ships prescriptions by packing prescriptions, placing packages on conveyors, packing temperature-sensitive medications, ensuring supplies are included, stocking workstations, processing and labeling shipments, and completing paperwork.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in shipping and receiving
• 1 year experience in inventory control
