2nd Shift CDL-A Driver (Sturtevant, WI)

About the role

Dragon Xpress is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a 2nd Shift Local position based out of Sturtevant, WI. This is a steady home-daily position with consistent freight, reliable hours, and modern equipment.

Terminal Location – Sturtevant, WI, 7601 Durand Ave, Sturtevant, WI 53177

Schedule

Monday to Friday, typical start time between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with flexible start times available up to 8:00 PM if preferred. First load assignment provided one day in advance, with additional hours available upon request.

2022 and newer Volvo & Freightliner day cabs, with 100% No-Touch Freight and dedicated customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized truck
• Complete accurate logs, mileage, and paperwork
• Communicate with dispatch and customers
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum age 23
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No serious violations
• Consistent work history
• Must speak and understand English

Pay

Starting Pay: $26.00 per hour, with 40-50 hours per week.
