2nd Shift Bulk Picker

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time 2nd Shift Bulk Picker to join our team at W.B. Mason. This role involves meticulously picking orders from our bulk section to fulfill customer requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders from the bulk section based on customer requests.
• Read order tickets carefully to ensure correct item selection and preparation for distribution.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required (training and certification provided).
• Maintain high standards of precision and efficiency in all tasks.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Prior pallet jack or warehouse experience is preferred.
