2ND SHIFT BILLING CLERK

Description Job Type: Management Support Hours: 3pm-11pm (Swing Shift hours, including holidays, Saturday & Sunday) Responsibilities Know all processes of billing out any type of load (i.e. trachea, employee meat sale, tallow, etc.)Know the process of rebillingKnow the process of clearing up failed orders in order to invoiceKnow how to hand bill and who to contact to get confirmation to hand bill Know all SOP’s for invoicingKnow how to file invoices and actively file at least 2x a weekBe able to communicate effectively between billing team, security team, shipping team,and billing supervisorKnow how to fill out EV forms for export loadsBe able to work Saturday’s and Sundays on call shiftsBe able to be on call for one paid holiday in each calendar yearBe able to perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Computer skillsWriting skills Communication skills Less than 2 attendance points preferred for internal candidates who apply EOE/VET/DISABLED
