2nd Shift Band Saw Operator (Production)
About the role
We are seeking a BAND SAW OPERATOR to join our team. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, set-up, measure, and remove excess flash from processed forged metal parts to minimize the final repair effort.
- Work safely and maintain an organized, lean work environment.
- Maintain accurate part and/or work piece counts.
- Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the job-specific travelers.
- Perform any other duties as instructed by the department manager.
Requirements
- Strong commitment to good attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to operate in a drug-free workplace.
- Must be a US Citizen or US Person (as defined).
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Wear proper personal protection equipment at all times.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
Skills
- Experience as a Polisher, Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Construction Laborer, Deburrer, Grinder, Saw Operator, Welder, or Metal Fabricator is preferred.

Pay
$18.00 - $20.00 an hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
Schedule
The role may require occasional overtime to meet operational deadlines.
