About the role

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking Cold Storage Forklift Operators to join our dynamic team. This position operates in a challenging yet rewarding environment, focusing on efficiency and safety in cold storage and blast zones.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts to ensure timely and customer-focused order fulfillment
• Handle products with care in cold storage and blast zone areas
• Receive, unload, inspect, and rotate inventory with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain cold storage temperature standards and monitor for deviations
• Support shipping by picking, prepping, and consolidating pallets
• Conduct load audits, correct labels, and address inventory issues
• Replenish product in appropriate bays and assist with manual case picking as needed
• Take on additional duties to enhance skill set and contribute to team success

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Comfortable working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
• A true team player with a focus on common goals
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience or training in: GMP, HACCP, and Allergen protocols
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures in cold storage settings
• Reliable – dependable and a key member of the team

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening
