2nd Shift- Associate Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Cook up daily operational tasks, ensuring they're done right, quick, and in line with set rules.
- Give prompt help to people inside and outside the company by answering questions, solving small problems, and making sure everyone's happy.
- Manage plans and make sure everything runs smoothly by coordinating meetings, organizing paperwork, and keeping the office tidy.
- Check bills, fill out papers, and keep important stuff neat and correct.
- Use computers and special tools to track what's happening, change things when needed, and write down important stuff.
- Follow the rules and do your best, but tell bosses if something goes wrong.
- Learn new stuff during a five-week training program, then start working from home most days, but come to the office once a month or when needed.
- Help with sending things out and making sure everything works well by doing some office jobs.
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and stay organized in a busy place.
- Do your job well and quickly.
- Work well with others and follow rules.
- Be able to work both in the office and at home.
- Have good computer skills and know how to use Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a similar role or field.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
