2nd & 3rd Shift Spray Painter

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for applying water-based paint to various metal parts using spray guns.

Responsibilities

• Apply water-based paint to metal parts using spray guns
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Work overtime and weekends as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends
• Proven work history and good attitude/work ethic
• Prefer at least six months training or hands-on work experience in spray painting with water-based paint

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Good hand-eye coordination
