2nd & 3rd Shift Processor/Assembler/Production - Macungie - Alburtis PA

Responsibilities

• Clean, sweep, lift, carry, move, paint, and shovel inside and outside the facility.
• Operate powered industrial equipment and vehicles to move, remove, haul, store, and transfer materials.
• Fill in for other employees during breaks, tardiness, and absenteeism.
• Follow all established safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Report immediately to supervision any injury, unsafe act or condition, or any failure or impending failure of plant equipment, tools, or other job-related equipment.
• Affirmatively participate in SRP, QWG, VPDS, and other Company initiatives designed to improve workplace efficiency, eliminate waste, and improve quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including cleaning work area and related equipment, removing waste, storing equipment/tools, and cleaning any other area as directed by supervision.

Qualifications

• Able to perform continuous physical labor.
• Willing to work in an industrial/foundry environment.
• Willing to work weekends and extended hours on a continuous basis.
• Experience in an industrial/foundry environment is preferred.
• Willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
