29 Hour SPED Aide

Duties

• Instructional Support: Provide one-on-one and small-group academic reinforcement based on IEP goals and lead teacher instructions.
• Behavior & Social Guidance: Assist with positive behavior interventions, emotional regulation strategies, and social skills development.
• Classroom & Daily Support: Help adapt curriculum materials and assist students with physical or personal care needs as required.
• Collaboration: Partner with special education teachers, therapists, and administrators to track and report student progress.
