Position: Precision Millwright & Machine Handler Location: Wilson, NC Pay: $28 to $32/hour Experience: 2–4 years of industrial construction or maintenance experience (4 years industrial and 2 years precision millwright preferred) Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm Greene Resources is seeking a Precision Millwright & Machine Handler to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Lead crews on installation, repair, and maintenance of mills, mixers, conveyors, generators, hydraulic systems, pumps, gears, bearings, compressors, and morePlan, inspect, verify, and document scope of workUse precision leveling and alignment tools, including calipers, micrometers, squares, and optical instrumentsFit bearings, align gears and wheels, attach motors, and connect belts per manufacturer blueprintsAssemble, install, and secure machinery by bolting, welding, riveting, and fastening to foundationsFabricate parts by measuring, cutting, drilling, and welding, and construct machinery foundations when neededUnload, move, and set equipment using cranes, hoists, dollies, rollers, chokers, chain falls, and come-alongsPerform preventive maintenance, including lubrication and replacement of worn parts Position Requirements Ability to read blueprints, schematics, engineering specs, and technical manualsFull set of Journeyman Precision Millwright hand tools (tool list provided)Working knowledge of lasers, ultrasonic alignment tools, cutting torches, welders, hydraulic torque wrenches, stud tensioners, lathes, and grindersUnderstanding of load properties for cables, ropes, hoists, and chainsAbility to use certified hand signalsStrong organization and time management skillsReliable transportation and willingness to work overtime Greene Resources is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
