Machine Operator – $25/hr – Hiring Immediately

Core Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Ensure safe and efficient machine performance. Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment. Adjust settings to maintain efficiency and product quality. Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain product and food safety standards. Perform product inspections and quality checks. Complete required production and quality documentation. Follow GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintenance & Support: Keep equipment running effectively. Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Work with maintenance and production teams to resolve issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Machine operation experience (food or beverage preferred).
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety procedures, and product specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
