Position: Landscaping Project Manager Location: Pukalani, HI Pay: This is the position has a fixed rate of $28/hour Experience Previous project management experience preferred.Landscaping, construction, grounds maintenance, or related industry experience strongly preferred. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Employers Options is seeking a Landscaping Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Manage landscaping projects from initial planning through completion.Develop project schedules, timelines, and work plans.Coordinate daily activities with landscape crews, supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.Ensure crews have the proper materials, equipment, tools, and information needed to complete projects.Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed.Conduct regular jobsite visits to inspect work quality, productivity, safety, and overall project progress.Communicate with customers regarding project schedules, updates, questions, and concerns.Maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and property management clients.Review project plans, specifications, scope of work, and customer requirements.Track labor, materials, equipment, and other project costs.Maintain accurate project records, schedules, work orders, and reports.Perform other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable communicating with customers, employees, vendors, and subcontractors.
