About the role

Infoblox Inc. seeks a Dir., User Experience in Santa Clara, CA to shape & deliver exceptional user experience across suite of enterprise networking and security products.

Responsibilities

• Shape & deliver exceptional user experience across suite of enterprise networking and security products
• Collaborate with product teams to understand user needs and translate them into product features
• Lead UX research initiatives to inform product design and development
• Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, design, and marketing

Requirements

• Masters degree in Eng. (Human Factor Eng.), Biomedical Eng., Human Computer Interaction or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in UX design, product management, or related field
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality user experiences
• Experience with enterprise networking and security products is a plus

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience with user research methods and tools
