2610-1 Loan Operations Manager

About the role

The Loan Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the Loan Operations and Central Document Processing (CDP) Department. This role oversees loan booking, servicing, payment processing, documentation preparation, reporting, quality control, loan maintenance, and operational support for consumer, commercial, real estate, and SBA lending activities. The position works closely with executive management, lending officers, credit administration, compliance, accounting, and other key departments to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Loan Operations and Central Document Processing (CDP) Department
• Oversee loan booking, servicing, and payment processing
• Manage documentation preparation, collateral perfection, and loan maintenance
• Ensure quality control and reporting across all loan operations
• Provide operational support for consumer, commercial, real estate, and SBA lending activities
• Collaborate with executive management, lending officers, credit administration, compliance, and accounting
• Maintain operational accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial and consumer loan operations within a financial institution
• Extensive knowledge of loan servicing, loan documentation, collateral perfection, and operational processes
• Minimum of 5 years management experience leading teams in a banking operations environment
• Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Industry training and continuing education related to loan operations and banking functions
