About the role

Security Bank & Trust Company is seeking a BSA Officer to oversee and administer the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain and monitor suspicious activity
• Conduct risk assessments
• Coordinate audits and examinations
• Provide compliance training throughout the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field required
• Minimum of 2–3 years of banking experience
• Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, and OFAC regulations
• Excellent analytical, investigative, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Verafin and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
