Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of the corporate-wide BSA and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Programs.
- Coordinating and assisting in the administration of independent, state and federal regulator and auditor examinations and reviews.
- Coordinating responses to regulatory BSA-AML examinations and audits and actions taken to ensure deficiencies are corrected.
- Maintains proficient knowledge of the rules and regulations, including but not limited to BSA, USA Patriot Act and OFAC.
- Develop and maintain BSA related policies and procedures.
- Acts as the Bank's OFAC Officer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- 2+ years' experience in Bank Secrecy Act.
