About the role

This position is responsible for supporting teachers in implementing effective instructional strategies and improving student learning outcomes at Gill Elementary School.

Responsibilities

• Supports teachers in planning and delivering high-quality instruction aligned with district standards.
• Facilitates professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Evaluates teacher practice through observations and provides feedback for improvement.
• Collaborates with other school staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that support student achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Valid teaching license in the state of Farmington Public Schools.
• Experience working with elementary students and teachers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Experience in educational leadership or coaching.
• Knowledge of current educational research and best practices.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
