Member Duties
- Assess and strengthen current systems associated with SEL programming, identifying gaps in access and participation through metrics like student engagement and program outcomes; compile data into a baseline report that will be provided to leadership.
- Develop refined program infrastructure for Students of Leadership (SOL) and other leadership programs on campus; build workflows, standard operating procedures, and toolkits to assist with future implementation of the infrastructure.
- Research micro-credential pathways for leadership development.
- Create infrastructure for gathering data, conducting assessments, and program sustainability. Design a system that tracks participation, engagement, and leadership outcomes; this system should be designed to last beyond the VISTA's year of service.
