About the role

The successful candidate will lead the tennis program at Baptist Hill High School, overseeing practices, matches, and player development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the tennis program including practices, matches, and player development
  • Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual players' needs
  • Manage team logistics, including scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with other school staff to ensure a positive learning environment

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
  • A bachelor's degree in physical education or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of tennis rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
