About the role
The successful candidate will lead the tennis program at Baptist Hill High School, overseeing practices, matches, and player development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the tennis program including practices, matches, and player development
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual players' needs
- Manage team logistics, including scheduling and travel arrangements
- Collaborate with other school staff to ensure a positive learning environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- A bachelor's degree in physical education or a related field
- Strong knowledge of tennis rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Schedule
