26-27 SY- IT Support Technician Level II (Help Desk)

Pay

Classified Hourly Rate: $21.64 – $42.07. This is a 240‑day position. The rate is based on the board‑approved 2026‑2027 salary schedule and years of work experience derived from the employment application, up to a maximum of thirty‑seven years.

Screening Process

• At the application deadline, completed applications are reviewed to determine which candidates meet the minimum requirements listed in the job description.
• Candidates who meet the minimum requirements are forwarded to the hiring manager for consideration.
• The hiring manager reviews and selects candidates to be interviewed; not all applicants will be interviewed.
