About the role

The COACH, Junior Varsity - Girls Volleyball position at El Camino High School is available for the upcoming volleyball season. This is a seasonal, part-time position involving afternoon practices and evening games.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for junior varsity players
• Manage team logistics, including transportation and equipment needs
• Collaborate with other coaches and school staff to ensure student success
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years coaching experience at the high school level
• Experience with girls volleyball
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Passion for volleyball and working with young athletes

Skills

• Excellent leadership and motivational skills

• Knowledge of volleyball rules and strategies
