About the role
The Junior varsity girls volleyball coach will lead the team through afternoon practices and evening games during the volleyball season.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs to improve skills and strategies
- Manage team logistics, including scheduling and transportation
- Work closely with the athletic director and other coaches to ensure team success
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- Experience with volleyball
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Skills
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
