We need to produce HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. The posting includes: Job Description Code, Division/Department, Pay Grade, Salary Schedule, Pay Type, Retirement, Contract Work Year, Reports To, Evaluation Instrument, Minimum Qualifications, GOAL, Representative Duties & Responsibilities (list), Important Notes (Essential Duties, Minimum Requirements, Fringe Benefits, Adopted/Revised). We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading (not present). We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content about: Minimum Qualifications (education, certification). That's Requirements/Qualifications. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We need to choose appropriate headings. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can pick those that have content. We have "GOAL" which could be "About the role". Representative Duties & Responsibilities -> Responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications -> Requirements or Qualifications. Fringe Benefits -> Benefits. Pay Grade, Salary Schedule, Pay Type -> Pay. Contract Work Year, Reports To maybe Schedule? Actually Schedule could be work year/hours per day. So we could have Schedule section for Contract Work Year: 180 Days; 7.5 hours/day. Also Reports To maybe not needed but could be part of About the role? Probably not needed. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual specifics. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can organize them under sections. We must not repeat job title as heading (none). Must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we have Job Description Code: 4M.025. That's minor metadata; we can fold into a short

or drop it. Probably include as a

at top. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes "IMPORTANT NOTES Essential Duties ..." which is boilerplate but includes some substantive notes about essential duties, minimum requirements, fringe benefits, adopted/revised. We need to preserve substantive info: Essential Duties note (though it's generic but still part of posting). Minimum Requirements note (generic). Fringe Benefits (FICA etc). Adopted/Revised dates. Those are substantive. We need to avoid duplication: The posting repeats "Assist with the supervision of students including classroom and school-wide supervision such as loading/unloading buses." twice? Actually appears twice: "Assist with the supervision of students including classroom and school-wide supervision such as loading/unloading buses." and later "Assist with the supervision of students including bus monitoring for travel to and from school-related activities." They are similar but not identical; we keep both. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

Job Description Code: 4M.025

About the role

GOAL: Serve as a support to the classroom teacher in providing educational opportunities for each student. Reports To: Principal/Designee. Evaluation Instrument: PEI. Contract Work Year: 180 Days; 7.5 hours/day.

But we might separate Schedule. Better: About the role includes GOAL and maybe Reports To. Schedule separate. Let's decide sections: - About the role: GOAL, Reports To, Evaluation Instrument. - Responsibilities: Representative Duties & Responsibilities list (as
  • ). - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (education level, certification, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or passing of GACE Ethics Assessment and GACE Paraprofessional Assessment required). Also maybe "Possess and maintain valid and appropriate license, certificate and/or credential as may be required for this position." and "Follow work scheduling and attendance requirements in a regular, predictable and punctual manner." and "Participate in training programs..." etc. Those are duties but could be under Requirements? Might be better to put under Responsibilities? But we have many duties already. The Minimum Qualifications section is separate; we can put that under Requirements. - Benefits: Fringe Benefits (FICA paid by employee and matched by School District. Temporary workers do not qualify for employee benefits.) - Pay: Pay Grade: Paraprofessional Salary Schedule; Pay Type: Salaried; Non-Exempt; Retirement: TRS. - Schedule: Contract Work Year: 180 Days; 7.5 hours/day. We also have Adopted/Revised dates; could be under About the role or a separate meta section but not required heading. Could be placed in a

under About the role or as a small note. We must not create sections with filler. All sections we propose have real content. We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily. Let's draft:

Check for any missing substantive info: Division/Department: School Leadership and Operations. Not included anywhere. Should we include? It's substantive. Could be placed under About the role. Add to About the role paragraph. Also we have "Minimum Qualifications Education level must be in accordance with federal, state and local guidelines; certification as mandated by the Professional Standards Commission." Already in Requirements. We have "GOAL" already. We have "Essential Duties" note (the Important Notes). We didn't include that note. It's substantive but generic. Should we include? It says: "Essential Duties Job descriptions are designed and intended only to summarize the essential duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for the purpose of clarifying the general nature and scope of a position’s role as part of the overall organization. Job descriptions do not list all tasks an employee might be expected to perform, and they do not limit the right of the employer/supervisor to assign additional tasks or otherwise to modify duties to be performed – even if seemingly unrelated to the basic job. Every employee has a duty to perform all assigned tasks. (An employee who is assigned a duty or task believed to be unlawful should report the assignment to the Chief Human Resources Officer.) It should also be noted the order of duties/ responsibilities as listed in the job description is not designed or intended to rank the duties in any order of importance relative to each other." That's substantive but generic. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include it. Where to put? Could be under About the role as a note, or a separate section like "Notes". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a

under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities as a preamble. Since it's about the nature of job description, maybe under About the role. Similarly "Minimum Requirements" note: "In filling a vacant position, preferred or required credentials regarding education, training, experience, and other bona fide occupational qualifications may be established. The credentials shown in this job description may be interpreted only as the minimum criteria existing at the time the description was developed. Other bona fide occupational qualifications and criteria may be utilized as needed in the selection process." That's also substantive. Could be placed under Requirements. We also have "Fringe Benefits" already captured. We also have "Adopted: April 20, 2000 Revised: March 2005, May 2007, July 2008, January 2011, July 2011, May 2015, February 2017, July 2019, July 2023, July 2024, July 2025" we included. We also have "Division/Department: School Leadership and Operations" we missed; add to About the role. We also have "Pay Grade: Paraprofessional Salary Schedule" we have under Pay. We also have "Retirement: TRS" we have. We also have "Reports
