26/27 School Year: Title I Facilitator

Title I Interventionist Responsibilities

• Work with principal to schedule and plan for school-wide leadership team meetings
• Manage Title I school budget, being aware of all budget items and expenditures
• Aids teachers and administrators in interpreting assessment results and improving instruction and student learning based on test data
• Facilitates the collection of needs assessment data, such as parent and staff surveys
• Maintains all Title IA files
• Submits all required Title I documentation as required by Federal Programs within established timelines
• Facilitates activities for increasing family engagement activities
• Be familiar with the Title IA Law
• Establish and maintain a conducive working relationship with faculty, staff, parents, and students
• Facilitates all material and equipment inventories, utilizing inventory software
• Other duties as assigned by the principal/Federal Programs

Qualifications

• Valid TN teacher's license with appropriate endorsement
• At least three years of successful teaching experience
• An understanding of phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension
