About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs tailored to meet the needs of students in Title I schools.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to enhance classroom instruction and support student learning.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide professional development opportunities for teachers and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
- Experience working with students in Title I schools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualifications

- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
