Job Functions

• Develops and implements annual Individualized Educational Program (IEP) plans for students.
• Provides research-based, specialized instruction to address the instructional goals outlined in each student's IEP.
• Collaborates with classroom teachers and paraprofessional support staff to deliver special education and related services.
• Schedules and facilitates IEP team meetings, serving as the primary point of contact for parents/guardians.
• Directs instructional activities for paraprofessional support staff.
• Consults with classroom teachers on accommodations, modifications, adaptive equipment, and behavior intervention plans.
• Maintains students' Special Education records in accordance with state and federal regulations and district procedures.
• Represents the school and community in a positive light, maintaining confidentiality of student information.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Pay

$51,506 - $92,612 per year
