Responsibilities

Supporting students with special educational needs
Assisting teachers in classroom management and lesson planning
Implementing and monitoring individualized education plans
Collaborating with parents and other professionals to enhance student outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
Valid teaching license or equivalent certification
Experience working with students with special needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

Knowledge of special education methodologies and techniques
Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes
