About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement game plans and strategies
- Manage player development and performance
- Coordinate with other coaches and administrators
- Attend and participate in team meetings and practices
- Ensure compliance with all league rules and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, education, or a related field
- Proven experience as a high school coach or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate players
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Qualifications
- Experience coaching baseball at the high school level
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Pass a criminal background check
