Responsibilities
- Develop and implement game strategies
- Coach players in technical and tactical skills
- Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in coaching or related field
- Experience coaching high school soccer
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of youth soccer development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for working with young athletes

Schedule
