Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for the team
- Coordinate with parents and other coaches to ensure team success
- Attend all school functions and games
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in coaching or related field
- Experience coaching high school soccer
- Strong leadership skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for soccer and youth development
