About the role

Responsibilities
- Organize and lead pre-game and post-game cheer routines
- Coordinate with the athletic department for event logistics
- Engage with the community through organized events and fundraisers
- Support the coach in managing team morale and spirit
Requirements
- Experience in cheerleading or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting student athletes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Previous coaching or leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
