26-27 Permanent Substitute

Duties

• Provide classroom instruction in accordance with lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or Instructional Leader.
• Report to the assigned building and follow the Instructional Calendar.
• Be available for daily substitute needs and flexible with grade level or subject matter.
• Supervise students in all settings as outlined by the Building Administrator.
• Attend Open House and Family Teacher Conferences.
• Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies and classroom rules.
• Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student records and school matters.
• Complete required reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current And Applicable NYS Certification Required.
