About the role
Supports residents in daily activities, assists with medication administration under supervision, and maintains a clean and safe living environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to supervisors
- Help residents with meal preparation and serving
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas
- Administer medications as directed by a healthcare provider
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform physical tasks
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
