Role Overview
To support effective clinical care by providing an efficient Health Records service to patients, medical and nursing staff, the role requires comprehensive and effective clerical and administrative support. Key responsibilities include:
- Administering and processing patient appointments for clinics, day cases, and in-patient admissions accurately.
- Maintaining confidentiality of patients' health records, ensuring they are securely stored, and making them available as needed.
