About the role

The role involves providing administrative support to the Project Manager and Project Team to ensure project deadlines are met throughout the project lifecycle. This includes handling inquiries, maintaining project databases, and supporting the team's administrative needs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for any inquiries and respond or refer as appropriate.
  • Maintain all project databases and systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the Project Manager and Project Team in managing project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, this post may require a different level of criminal records check than is currently the case. If the post is assessed as a "regulated role," your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.

Qualifications

While specific qualifications are not detailed, applicants should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in project management or administration is preferred.
