Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Clinical Education and Training team to ensure robust clinical education and training programs are in place.
• Develop and implement leadership strategies that align with NHS Scotland's Vision, Ambitions, and Values.
• Work closely with colleagues to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where all staff can thrive and reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Relevant nursing or midwifery qualification.
• Experience leading and managing a nursing or midwifery team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of the NHS Scotland Nursing and Midwifery Strategic Plan.

Qualifications

• Current PVG Scheme membership/record.
• Completion of a criminal records check if required by legislation.
