About the role

We are recruiting experienced individual investors for a paid research study about investment platforms, wealth management, and the experience of managing a substantial personal portfolio. Specifically, we are looking for people who currently use Vanguard and are personally involved in making decisions about their investments.

Responsibilities

• Share feedback about your financial needs, investing behavior, and experiences using financial products and services.
• Discuss how you manage your investment portfolio.
• Explain why you chose Vanguard.
• Tell us which Vanguard products or services you use.
• Describe your experience with digital investing and financial-advisory services.
• Evaluate fees, performance, support, and financial guidance.
• Discuss your broader financial goals and decision-making process.

Requirements

• Live in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Currently use Vanguard for investing or wealth management.
• Have approximately $2 million to $5 million in total investable assets.
• Personally participate in decisions regarding your investments.
• Use investments such as brokerage accounts, retirement accounts, mutual funds, ETFs, stocks, bonds, or managed portfolios.
• Be comfortable discussing your general investing priorities and experience.

Qualifications

• Investable assets generally include financial assets such as cash, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and retirement accounts. They typically do not include the value of your primary residence or personal property.
