Position: Admin Clerk Location: Auburn, CA Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $25.00/hour Experience: At least one year of admin or general office support experience is required Type: Temporary (960 hours for the current fiscal year; likely extension into the new fiscal year for an additional 960 hours) Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM HB Staffing is seeking an Admin Clerk to join a growing and dynamic team supporting conference center and front desk operations! Job Description Set up conference rooms for the day, including arranging chairs and tables (light lifting required)Clean whiteboards and other surfaces in conference rooms as neededClean up rooms after meetings conclude and prepare for upcoming meetings or the next dayGive tours of facilities to partners when conference center space needs to be shownAssist with scheduling meetingsAssist with checking in attendees as neededAct as front desk greeter when time allows, completing standard greeter tasks Position Requirements Hard skills: Comfortable with light physical setup tasks (moving chairs/tables); basic scheduling and administrative support skillsSoft skills: Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor; reliable and detail-oriented; comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities (conference center support and front desk duties) Benefits/Perks Part-time, consistent 3-day work weekHealth Benefits after 30 days!
