About the role

Greene Resources is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join a growing and dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete CNC press brake setups (tooling, gauging, program adjustments)
• Select the correct punch and die combinations based on the material type and gauge
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and flat layouts
• Calculate bend deductions and form parts to tight tolerances
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust tooling/programs as needed
• Maintain equipment and complete daily checks

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of related experience
• Strong understanding of gauge thickness and material differences
• Ability to select the proper bottom die using the bend formulas
• Comfortable with precision measurement tools
• Mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and reliable
• Safety-oriented and able to work well in a team environment

Pay & schedule

• $25/hour
• Full-time; Contract to Hire
• Monday - Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (Ability to work OT)
