About the role
HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team in Ellicott City, MD.
Responsibilities
- Handle basic repairs (tighten hardware, patch small holes, hang shelves)
- Cleanup sinks and toilets; identify and report leaks
- Replace light bulbs, reset breakers, and test smoke/CO detectors
- Change HVAC filters and clean vents
- Preventive cleaning to reduce mold, pests, and wear
- Clean and maintain appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer)
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
- Understand emergency shutoffs and follow basic home safety practices
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of residential maintenance experience, apartment turnovers, preventative maintenance
Benefits

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
