$24/hour | Car Rental Team Lead | Swing Shift
Job Description
Lead shift operations from kickoff through close, ensuring smooth execution and team accountability.
Communicate daily priorities, assign tasks, and direct workflow across all operational areas.
Adjust staffing and assignments in real time based on workload, vehicle volume, and business demand.
Maintain high service standards by addressing issues quickly and correcting operational concerns in real time.
Coach and support team members by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and documenting performance or conduct issues as needed.
Requirements
- 1 year of previous fleet lead or car rental management experience.
- 1+ years leading teams in a fast-paced environment (operations, logistics, warehouse, fleet, or service).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles safely.
- Ability to learn and adapt to in-house systems with Intermediate skills on all Microsoft Office Software – Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Strong communication skills and comfort giving clear direction.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving instincts.
- Extremely organized with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Comfortable working on your feet and being hands-on with the operation.
- Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with taking a background screening and drug testing.

Schedule
Swing Shift (Candidates should be available to work any day Monday - Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Overtime may be required and can extend the shift until 1:30 AM. The official schedule will be assigned upon hire.)
