HH Staffing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with the daily operations of the residential community.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, respond to questions and concerns, and help resolve issues promptly.
• Support leasing activities, including property tours, applications, lease preparation, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Assist with rent collection, resident account updates, delinquency follow-up, and other financial activities.
• Maintain accurate resident records, files, and property documentation.
• Coordinate and follow up on resident work orders and maintenance requests with the maintenance team.
• Conduct property inspections and help ensure the community is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks.
• Support resident retention efforts, community events, and property marketing initiatives.
• Assist with enforcing community policies, lease requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Property Manager as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of property management, leasing, or residential housing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or OneSite is a plus.
• Basic understanding of leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and property operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive, resident-focused attitude.
